Tulip Dry Cleaning is Hiring a Front Desk Near Carrollton, TX
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work the morning shift Monday - Friday and weekends as needed at the front counter of our dry-cleaning store.
Industry experience is not necessary but preferred. We are willing to train the right motivated and reliable candidate.
Duties & Functions:
- Interact with customers in a friendly, customer service-orientated manner
- Process incoming laundry & dry cleaning orders
- Retrieve outgoing orders and cash out customers
- Troubleshoot, and resolve problems as necessary
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Pay attention to detail and follow a defined system
- Able to solve problems
- Able to lift 20 pounds
- Work in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment
- Fluency in English required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
