• Case Load: 15-20 kids

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide differentiated and inclusive instruction to address diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a supportive educational environment.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust strategies.
• Implement positive behavior support strategies.
• Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates and involving them in the educational process.
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Texas State Certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and special education laws.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
