The Executive Secretary supports the administrative functions of UCM, which entails acting as a liaison with UCM staff, campus partners, and other divisions. The position encompasses various financial and administrative duties, such as procuring office supplies, processing invoice payments, handling calendars and scheduling for the VP and AVP, handling travel reimbursements, and ensuring monthly purchases align with budgetary constraints (overseen by the Senior Department Administrator). The individual in this role is expected to be reliable and discreet, organized, and possess the ability to anticipate needs, and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
