Tueller Gibbs Dye, LLP is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Denver, CO

We are a small real estate and business law firm (litigation and transactional) with offices in Denver and Telluride. We are a close-knit group in a laid back environment that emphasizes high quality work. We are looking for a go-to person with a great attitude with the following skills and attributes:

  • Proficiency of the ICCES E-Filing System;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Law Tool Box (or similar calendar software);
  • Experience drafting correspondence, pleadings and contracts;
  • Understanding of civil procedure deadlines and case management requirements; and
  • Ability and willingness to manage a variety of office duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting county and district court complaints, motions and discovery pleadings;
  • Managing litigation deadlines and coordinating depositions, hearings, etc.;
  • Supporting 3-4 litigators for scheduling, calendaring and message taking;
  • Performing new client intake interviews, setting up initial meetings/calls and drafting engagement letters;
  • Occasional reception and office administrative tasks;
  • Basic legal research; and
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Due to the small size of our firm, we work as a team, support each other and we all assume a multitude of roles beyond our job descriptions. It can be fast-paced and stressful, but also very rewarding as we have a very positive work environment and even the occasional dog in the office. An open mind and a sense of humor are essential.

Salary is commensurate with experience. $100/mo. parking stipend, 401K with 3% employer match and health insurance with $150/mo. contributions to HSA account.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
