A Colorado law firm is looking for an Experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in their Denver, CO office. Industry-leading compensation and comprehensive benefits offered!
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage personal injury and medical malpractice cases from inception through trial/settlement
- Legal research, client communication
- Discovery and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and settlement proposals
- E-filing in CO state courts
- Some federal filing
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience
- Paralegal certificate - preferred
- Positive attitude and team player
- Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to commute to the firm's office daily in Denver Tech Center
