Job Duties include:

• Provide first piece and in process inspection support to primary manufacturing centers.
• Effectively communicate inspection findings to assure acceptable product and processes.
• Interpret procedures and specifications and validate compliance at key processes.
• Perform dimensional inspection utilizing; micrometers, vernier calipers, tape measures and squares.
• Perform ultrasonic wall thickness gauging and hardness testing of finished product.
• Data entry of inspection findings.
• Material handling, minor rework and cosmetic grinding using pneumatic hand tools.
• Material marking and stamping using hydraulic equipment, hand tools and vibro-etch equipment.
