TTGI The Tolliver Group Inc is Hiring a Contract Specialist Near Tampa, FL

TTGI's team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Specialist/Acquisition Analyst to work directly with our customer, providing support to develop and execute acquisition strategies. This position will allow a candidate to provide support directly to the warfighter through the acquisition of goods ands services required across the base. Initial tasking will support evaluation and shaping of Performance Work Statements (PWS) - candidate should have familiarity working PWS tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and support base wide acquisitions programs
  • Plan, coordinate and assist in requirement definition, development, and contract execution for a variety of acquisition programs
  • Evaluate strategies, specifically shaping PWS development for successful acquisition strategy
  • Help ensure the adequate documentation of program costs and schedule adherence of ongoing contract vehicles to insure compliance with FAR & DFAR regulations
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and maintain) a Secret Clearance (or meet eligibility to obtain one)
  • Candidate must have experience as a 1101 or 1102 (or equivalent) and should be DAWIA Level II Certified for acquisition
  • Previous experience effectively translating warfighter needs into executable requirement packages, specifically performance work statements
  • Ability to apply program management principles to guide program through the various phases of the acquisition cycle
