Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis for 22 weeks. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong preference for those with experience using Paycom. This position will involve tasks such as pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and generating biweekly recruitment reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PDF is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-screen candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Generate biweekly recruitment reports
• Assist with other recruitment tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience
• Experience using Paycom is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PDF
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Duration and Compensation:

• Temporary position for 22 weeks
• $18/hr
