What you'll do :

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and provide exceptional service
• Research and resolve customer issues efficiently

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and computer skills
• A positive and helpful attitude
• Willing to work on-site at our office in Morgantown, WV
