Qualifications and Experience:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent Hospitality with a focus in customer service
TOAST system , Word & Excel proficiency
Goal based oriented
Outgoing personality with a strong, infectious positive attitude
Restaurant Manager / Supervisor experience preferred but not required.
Minimum age 21
Responsibilities Include:

Work to support, guide and grow company guidelines and standards
Gauge customer satisfaction
Ensuring positive guest experience
Understanding of financials, labor, food cost, operational
Ability to coach and lead through effective and honest communication
Strong understanding of food and beverage quality, recipe adherence, line checks
