* Business Developemnt Director directs the execution of the business development vision, strategy, plans and processes to drive sales, increases revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives. 
* Identifies and evaluates new markets, partners, channels and customers. 
* Develops and uses contacts and relationships with the healthcare industry, business environment, and customer base to understand and respond to competition 
*Develop Marketing Strategy to bring build brand awareness and bring in new clients
*Strong healthcare background is a must, must have knowledge of insurances and healthcare policies. 
*Preferred background in social work is preferred. 
*Position is currently parttime however will be increased to fulltime after probation period
