Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Director to oversee our dining services department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in food service management.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality meals are prepared and served efficiently
- Oversee banquet and catering operations, ensuring exceptional service for special events
- Implement and maintain standards for food quality, presentation, and safety
- Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory levels
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure ingredients and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in food service management, kitchen management, or culinary arts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in shift management and scheduling
- Knowledge of inventory and par level
