Resident Care Coordinator
Position Summary:
Maintains the med room. Ensures med-aides are trained and are following procedures put in place by company and HSD. Responsible for managing nursing staff schedule, including finding coverage for call outs. Works closely with HSD to ensure community nursing staff are trained appropriately, are following company and state policy and procedures, and care plans.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Completion of Qualified CNA program preferred. CPR/First Aid certified preferred. Minimum 1 year of scheduling/supervisory experience. Minimum 1 year of med administration experience.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. CNA certification preferred.
