Trustpoint.One has partnered with the New York City office of a leading law firm in their search for a Legal Practice Coordinator. This long-term, temporary role does have the potential for direct hire for the right person. The Legal Practice Coordinator will be responsible for duties that include:

• Administrative, secretarial and clerical support
• Calendar management and scheduling
• Conference arrangements and coordination
• Interaction with clients
• Other related duties as needed

The qualified Legal Practice Coordinator will ideally have at least 5 years of law firm experience, supporting a Partner or C-Suite executive. Exposure to legal transactions and/or disputes is highly preferred. Intermediate or advanced Microsoft skills are a must. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
