Trustpoint.One is helping our client find a Junior Litigation Paralegal to join their CHICAGO office.

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certificate from an ABA certified paralegal program

· At least 1 year of litigation experience

• Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents
• Collecting, organizing, and reviewing records
• Assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation
• Managing commercial litigation files from intake to settlement

· Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)

· Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook

· Experience with litigation support applications such as Relativity

· Exceptional computer and internet research skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly

· High degree of responsiveness and attention to detail

· Advanced written communication skills

NOTE:

· Salary is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience.

· All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
