**Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMExperience:• 24 months of role experience is required.• 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.• Experience with Epic is required.Requirements:• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.Additional Details:No Travel teams / pairs.Cannot reside in these 10 counties: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington Weekends: Every OtherRespiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, multi system organ disfunction, endocrine disorders, complex traumas, surgical complications, include some of our top DRGs. Must be competent in the care of medical and surgical populations and advanced hemodynamics including pressor usage per our titration protocols. Antihypertensive drips, sedative and narcan drips, thrombo-embolytics, a line, cvp, EVD, ortho traction, infection prevention protocols. HFNC, BiPap/Cpap, and oxypendent.Nurses with large-scale adult PCU experience and community hospital ICU experience tend to do well in our area. Average patient load is 3 high acuity patients.Maximum days off: 10 days2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type)Proof of identification requiredCertifications:• BLS (Basic Life Support)• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
