**Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AMExperience:• 12 months of role experience is required.• 24 months of Long Term Acute Care Unit (LPN) experience is required.Requirements:• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license in hand at the time of application.• Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.• COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
