Compensation: $40-$45/hour overtime commensurate with experience plus a healthcare stipend, family vehicle to use, paid holidays, vacation days, and sick days.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Household:

• A wonderful full-time nanny is needed for an adorable 6-month-old baby in San Francisco (Russian Hill). The is position will be from mid-July through November 1st with the potential to extend into a long-term position.
• These first time parents are wonderful, welcoming, and have an energetic and upbeat household.
• The family consists of dual-working professionals with busy careers; mom works from home, while dad works outside the home. Both parents occasionally travel for work.
• The household is conveniently located near various parks and playgrounds, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor exploration and fun.
• Their little one is very happy, loves anything outdoors, and thrives on a schedule (baby is on a great feeding and sleeping schedule and sleeps very well).

Ideal Candidate:

• They are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced nanny who loves babies and understands the various milestones and activities associated with infant care.
• The ideal candidate should thrive in a busy and fast-moving household, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to childcare.
• They should be a self-starter, ready to plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities. Someone who enjoys taking the lead and can identify developmental transitions and implement appropriate schedule and routine changes as needed would be a great fit.
• While not required, openness to occasional travel with the family, particularly to their second home in the Sonoma/Napa area on Fridays (mileage reimbursement for the difference in miles to San Francisco), would be highly appreciated.

Duties:

• All duties related to baby care, including bottle preparation, feeding, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the baby's areas.
• Planning and executing exciting outings, walks, park visits, playground adventures, museum trips, and other enriching activities.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of paid, professional childcare experience that occurred over the age of 18 (not for family or friends) with excellent references
• Recent infant care experience.
• Current or willing to complete a current Tdap
• Valid driver’s license and a strong driving record
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.
• English fluency
