We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, London, and Gurgaon. We welcome you to work in any of our offices, but you also have the opportunity to work from home.
About the role:
Reporting to the Chief Content Officer/Video & Production, the Development Producer/Streaming TV oversees the ideation, concepting and format pacing, as well as talent scouting and casting, of new half-hour streaming formats for FailArmy, The Pet Collective, At Home with Family Handyman and other TMB channels.
About you:
You are passionate about developing entertaining half-hour television shows using UGC content as a base. Phenomenal at concepting and idea generation, you recognize that the best ideas can come from anywhere and love bringing creative thinkers together to spark fresh, unexpected show formats. A resourceful watcher, sharer and creator of content, you love scanning media platforms to spot and engage emerging talent and have a communications style that gets creators excited to be part of our programming. Highly collaborative and inclusive, you work across teams effectively to create and pitch a broad scope of genres and related talent in the areas of comedy, pets, DIY, home and garden, lifestyle and more. Excited by change and challenges, you are hungry to learn and adapt with the company and grow with our team.

The talented producers, videographers, editors, photographers and set stylists who are part of TMB’s Video Production and Studio teams produce hundreds of hours of programming for TMB’s brands each year.
