The position involves using an overseas support team to create proposals for new and current customers, matching customer’s needs to appropriate markets, answering policy and billing questions via phone/email/text, making requested changes to customer accounts, accepting payments and preparing documentation.
The job requires continual learning and future advancement is available. Comfort with technology is mandatory. Employees are trusted to carry their equal share contributing to the group and not micro-managed. The candidate must be confident enough to make decisions and naturally take their own initiative.
