Description
We are currently looking to fill the position of Banquet Bartender. This position will include weekday and weekend events, so a flexible schedule is ideal, but not required. Events include golf outings, social gatherings such as weddings, corporate meetings, and more.
This is an exciting position to work for a premier golf club in Potomac Falls where you will receive free uniforms, free golf privileges, free parking and complimentary employee meals provided.

Job responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
· Take orders, prepare, and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
· Set up and break down the bar according to event specifications
· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
· Guarantee compliance is maintained relating to minors and intoxicated persons and intervention of service
· Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas.
· Assists servers, other bartenders, and other team members when necessary.
· Participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet.
· Prep any items assigned by a direct supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:
- In this position please bring your energy and enthusiasm along with your excellent customer service attitude to our members.
- This position will anticipate the member and guest needs and provide a memorable experience.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and a team environment.
- Available to work varied shifts to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 pounds and be able to stoop and bend.
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to customers, members, coworkers and supervisors.
- Ability to be a team player from kitchen to dining room

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour plus tips
