Job Summary:  As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales initiatives. 

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership: 

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. 
• Provide guidance on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.

Client Relationship Management: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. 
• Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Business Development: 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. 
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and promotional activities.

Sales Performance Analysis: 

• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess team and individual performance. 
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales results and forecasts.

Training and Development:

• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. 
• Keep the team informed about product updates and industry trends.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a sales Manager in the industrial distribution sector. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of pipes, valves, and fittings or related products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
