We are currently seeking Fine Dining Beverage Manager candidates who will dedicate themselves to exceptional hospitality as a member of our Rosemont leadership team. The Beverage Manager leads multiple departments and assists the General Manager in the overall leadership of the restaurant. Successful candidates must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in hospitality and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a leadership-type role within the high-end restaurant industry. Truluck’s is looking for candidates with a proven record of success managing high volume/high-end beverage programs for similar concepts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing beverage programs.
