Support and perform a variety of operational activities with various levels of complexity; meeting production and quality standards while adhering to complex regulatory, investor and Truist requirements. Exercise judgement while handling financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Adhere to scheduling and assignments. Performing tasks at standard productivity and quality levels. Identify Risk Exposure in Processes and Escalate as needed. Work collaboratively and interact with team members, internal and external clients. Performs work independently and completes other duties as assigned while demonstrating Truist values. Exhibit increasing knowledge and expertise in the specific assigned roles. Understand and articulate the fundamental Mortgage Servicing concepts as they pertain to the team’s policy and procedures. Communicate with internal and external partners as applicable to resolve issues and/or questions. Review processes and procedures to provide ongoing enhancement to improve productivity and quality.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics, or equivalent education and related training or experience Four or more years of experience in Mortgage Servicing or related field. Advanced understanding of Arithmetic and Accounting concepts (concepts, not rules) Ability to work in changing and high volume environment Mature Oral and Written Communication Skills Advanced Level Computer Skills, such as Microsoft Office, web conferencing, and other software products Demonstrated ability to listen, ask questions, and comprehend new or complex matters Self-starter with ability to manage time wisely and work on multiple projects at a time
