Facilitating the development and refresh of ET strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational initiatives.
Performing fundamental project management activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and managing stakeholders.
Establishing rapport and fostering strong working relationships with ET DCIOs and business units interacting with ET strategy planning.
Assisting in investment planning for strategy execution, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Contributing to the creation of consolidated ET Strategy and Operating Plans submitted to the Corporate Strategy Group.
Providing portfolio governance oversight for all ET initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Generating reports and intelligence on portfolio performance, including strategy and initiative scorecards based on KPIs.
Conducting analysis to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging a strong understanding of technology and business objectives.
Developing executive-level presentations to communicate strategy, initiatives, and performance effectively.
Facilitating the development and project management of solutions to successfully remediate Risk Issues for our area.
Ensuring the implementation of and adherence to Truist and ET best practices
Collaborating with key stakeholders to improve maturity levels and capabilities within our team and other relevant areas.
Adapting to various project sizes and shapes, actively contributing to problem analysis and solution development across diverse requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
Six years of project management experience with increasing complexity of projects and level of responsibilities within a professional environment, including eight years of applicable business experience
Knowledge in software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment
Goal-oriented and action-focused
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
Objective, transparent, fact-based and value-focused communication style
Ability to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands
Proven ability to direct the efforts of others
Preferred Qualifications:
Has achieved Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and advancing towards Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Three years of financial services-related experience managing large complex enterprise program initiatives
