Please review the following job description:

Serves as the relationship manager for highly complex internal or external vendor relationships, including offshore services. Primary resource for escalation of all production, quality and timing issues that may arise in the daily performance of service delivery.

***This is a hybrid position and will require office time***

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 
1. Responsibilities may include, or even be limited to, sub-components of large, complex, high-risk relationships, as part of a team of Service Managers, Process Owners, and Service Component Owners.
2. Leads the development and execution of solutions. Drives process improvement initiatives and management of related vendor relationships, or appropriate sub- components, with a focus on the achievement of targeted financial goals.
3. Serves as both a tactical and strategic conduit for communication and information exchange between LOBs/teammates and the vendor(s).
4. Plans, leads complex operational and project activities. Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices. Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
5. Mentors less experienced teammates to build technical expertise. May have people management responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and eight years of IT service delivery with experience managing complex, IT vendor relationships; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge. Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
3. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices. Ability to lead complex projects.
4. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
5. Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree and ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Banking or financial services experience.

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS
