ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and supporting Azure cloud deployments

• Collaborate with team members across the Truist footprint to ensure Azure operational readiness

• Operational support of complex Azure Solutions deployed to the cloud

• Working with deployment teams to ensure Azure operational readiness

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent education and related training or experience

• Five years of experience in software engineering or IT including at least two years of experience in a role in which the primary responsibility is DevOps Engineering or the development, maintenance, and support of CI/CD pipelines

• Must demonstrate ability to write code

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in development or production support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

• 3 years Azure cloud experience

• Azure Administrator Certified (AZ-104) highly preferred

• Experience in Azure technologies including but not limited to backup and restore, ASR, Network, NSG, troubleshooting and operational logging

• Experience in Azure network design including NSG, Gateway, Firewalls, Subnets, Vnets. 

• Knowledge of Azure security constructs

• Demonstrated experience supporting production Azure deployments

• Demonstrated experience with Azure coding technologies – CLI, Powershell, ARM

• Experience with Terraform deployments using Azure DevOps or GitLab

• Experience working with teams to deliver complete Azure solutions (security, operations, engineering, application team)

• ***Hybrid work structure: 3 days onsite ( /-), depending on the needs of the business.

• Provide rotating, on-call support/coverage for Azure cloud platform
