Job Summary: The billing specialist will accurately process and distribute accounts receivable invoices. Coordinate with client service teams and customers to resolve issues and streamline processes.

Essential Functions:

• Work with client service teams to create prebilling.
• Create final customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Issue invoices to customers.
• Verify material costs.
• Record and reconcile postage usage.
• Correspond with customers as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Support accounting team as needed.

Position Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Communication - Demonstrates excellent use of the English language (grammar, syntax, vocabulary); possesses the ability to communicate effectively and continuously with internal as well as external customers; composes clear/complete emails.
• Customer Service - Anticipates the needs of others as well as clients, acts upon those needs appropriately, and help remove barriers to excellent customer service.
• Problem Solving - Digs into problems, investigates all aspects, gathers facts, and recommends solutions.

Education and Experience:

• At least 3 years of recent relevant experience.
• Associate Degree in Accounting or Business-related field.
• Strong computer skills including all Microsoft products (Outlook; Excel; Word; PowerPoint)
  • Job Specific Programs: Printstream and Adobe.

Note: This position will be hybrid. 3 days working in our Warrendale, PA office and 2 days with the ability to work from home.
