At TrueSense Marketing, The Director of Integrated Strategy leads the development and orchestration of omnichannel fundraising campaigns aimed at inspiring donors and driving revenue growth for nonprofit clients. Leveraging data-driven insights, this critical role will maximize donor engagement and lifetime value through integrated, optimized multichannel strategies and inventive creative.
The Director will collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, account management, and other groups to translate performance results into actionable, integrated plans across direct mail, email, social media, digital advertising, events, and more. This leader will scale strategy appropriately based on individual client needs and mentor junior strategists on the team.
With a strong analytical approach, this role will derive strategic direction from historical performance data, donor portfolio trends, and industry benchmarks. The Director will stay on the pulse of new technologies and tactics relevant to nonprofit marketing. An expertise in metrics and measurement is key to uncovering insights that inform creative strategy and media mix modeling.
This hands-on role models breakthrough thinking and an innovative approach to developing integrated strategies aligned to clients' business goals. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, multi-channel campaign leadership experience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
