A Shift Manager is responsible for maintaining Customer Service in a Convenience Store by generating sales, maintaining a clean and organized store image, merchandising, pricing, cash register operations/Point of Sale (POS) and loss prevention in adherence with all Company/Store policies including brand and image standards.
