The Dog Wizard is Hiring a Customer Service Representative (EST- 2nd shift, PST- 1st shift) Near Medina, OH
**WEST COAST APPLICANTS - Our Office Operates Monday through Friday 10am until 6pm and Saturdays 10am until 3pm. Team members are responsible for one Saturday a month.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- answering incoming calls
- providing accurate information as it relates to the programs and information for that training location
- converting leads into opportunities by selling them, and setting evaluations with the trainer.
- Scheduling appointments
- Sending emails
- Collecting paperwork
- Communicating directly with locations owners, employees, and the team members in the office.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to Sell Sell Sell!
- Sense of Urgency
- Self Starter (think outside the box)
- Honest/reliable
- Strong Work Ethic
- Positive and Upbeat (can-do attitude)
- Team Oriented
- Punctual
- Attention to detail is a must!
- Technically savvy
