You’ll be responsible for performing both real-time analysis and scheduling functions as determined by current business needs. This includes monitoring call volume demand and average speed of answer (ASA) forecasts and in real-time and adjusting staff for phone, email, chat and/or outbound work accordingly to maintain Service Level goals. This position requires strong problem solving and decision-making skills with an understanding of how forecasting and scheduling to staffing requirements translates to real-time staffing needs.
