True Oil LLC is Hiring a Benefits Specialist (Retirement Plans) Near Casper, WY

Summary

This is a full-time position that is responsible for assisting in the administration of the True companies’ retirement plans, creating and maintaining records for all plans, and supporting the Benefits and Payroll Department staff. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the day-to-day maintenance of retirement programs, and employee education.
  • Act as liaison between employees and benefit retirement plan providers.
  • Ensure accuracy of benefit payroll deductions and loan payments.
  • Research ongoing disbursement requests including disability, death, retirement, and terminations.
  • Explain and assist employees with 401(k) loan applications.
  • Reconcile - records to Trustee year-end allocation for Profit Sharing Plan Former Participants.
  • Research newly eligible participants for all plans.
  • Assist with preparation of Profit Sharing Plan annual statements.
  • Assist with preparation of information for auditors on Profit Sharing and 401(k) Savings Plans as requested.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to two (1-2) years of experience with employee benefits, knowledge of related regulations, and/or a background in insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and always maintain confidentiality of sensitive benefits information.
  • Ability to produce accurate work within regular deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills using payroll systems and Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience using ADP (Automatic Data Processing) is highly preferred.
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
