True Fitness Technology is Hiring a Sales Support Supervisor Near St. Louis, MO

TRUE Fitness is a thriving fitness equipment manufacturer dedicated to providing top-notch products/services and exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Support Supervisor to lead our Sales Support team. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have proven leadership skills, we want you to join our growing team.

As a Sales Support Supervisor at TRUE Fitness, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the customer service experience. This role involves leading a team of sales support representatives, implementing best practices, and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds performance targets. If you excel at problem-solving and are committed to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service.
  2. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  3. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team.
  4. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize workflows.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and cooperation in delivering a seamless customer experience.
  8. Reporting: Generate regular reports on customer service performance for management review.

Qualifications:

  1. Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven experience in a customer service leadership role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  5. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  6. Ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.
  7. Leadership and coaching skills to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

This position is onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in O'Fallon, MO. After the successful completion of training, this position is eligible for a hybrid working arrangement.
