Bellezza Surfaces is a premier custom countertop fabricator dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. With a focus on innovation and craftsmanship, we specialize in creating custom countertops tailored to our clients' unique needs and preferences. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth.

1. Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.

2. Conduct on-site visits and consultations with potential clients to understand their countertop needs and provide personalized product recommendations.

3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products, services, and capabilities effectively.

4. Collaborate with the estimating teams to develop accurate quotes and proposals for custom countertop projects.

5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.

6. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to nurture relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

8. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote the company's brand and generate leads.

9. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and document sales activities.

10. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

11. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the countertop fabrication or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a persuasive demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean background
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
