I. CUSTOMER

A. Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude to our customer.

B. Greet walk-in customers with a smile within 20 seconds upon arrival, anywhere in our dealership.

C. Answer incoming calls promptly and politely.

D. Cashier: Receive all incoming funds, attach checks to invoices, record petty cash voucher payouts, validate credit card transactions.

II. DUTIES

A. Assist in typing all necessary correspondences, quotes and other typing as needed for the general manager, sales representative or other personnel.

B. Make copies as needed for truck files and other projects.

C. Coordinate A/R statements and stuffers for mail each Friday.

D. Bundle and apply postage to outgoing mail on a weekly basis.

E. Balance cash box daily. Keep cash box locked at all times.

F. File and maintain invoices for the Parts and Service departments.

III. OTHER DUTIES

A. Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude to management and co-workers.

B. Create and project a culture that is friendly, positive and helpful while maintaining a professional attitude to our customer. Treat the customer with respect at all times.

C. Will be expected to learn skills of other interacting positions within the department in order to fully understand all aspects of customer service.

D. Perform any other tasks or duties as requested.

A. Must be capable of answering multiple line telephone system with a minimum of 12 lines.

B. Should be capable of occasionally lifting up to 45lbs.

C. Must be 10-key by touch.

D. Must have typing skills of 45 WPM and/or equivalent data processing experience.

E. Dress code per employee handbook.

F. Must be able to operate office equipment.
