As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various administrative and customer service tasks. Currently looking for a Property Associate for a commercial property, rapidly growing client, overseeing Aurora property.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee general administration and maintenance of properties.
  • Oversee day to day operations of our properties.
  • Oversee property repairs, maintenance, and build out with the maintenance team and outside vendors.
  • Work with Tenants to collect rent on time.
  • Drafting weekly reports and making written recommendations to the operations team.
  • Administrative work with regards to vendors, payments, tracking, follow up.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service
  • Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, and building security
  • Allocate office space according to needs of the customers
  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving member complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs.
  • Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators
  • Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members and build relationships between members.
  • Ensure that your building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
  • Be the first and last point of contact for your building
  • Greet and check-in member guest and greet people who come in for tours and track walk- in guests
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests/potential members
  • Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome packets
  • Manage keycard activations and key log
  • Ordering office and office supplies per your assigned facility
  • Maintain a cleaning schedule with our cleaning staff. Make sure restrooms, dining, lobby, and common spaces are sanitary and cleaned daily
  • Update floor plans and tenant list.
  • Direct drivers and pickups and deliveries for members of the facility
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security, on and off-site building management.
  • Basic facilities, such trash, office space, loading docks, yard space, trailer staging, storage space, and restrooms (all areas, including warehouse restrooms) are well-maintained

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of property management principles, laws, and regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • College graduate with a four year degree, preferred

Note: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This position has the potential for a temp to hire/ permanent placement.
