The Production Manager will be responsible for managing all daily operations at the plant and to directly managing all production and maintenance employees.This role is responsible for all safety and production protocols, the upkeep of the physical plant and to work with the Quality Department to track and monitor production metrics.
The Production Manager will enforce the company policies as outlined in the employee handbook and manage hourly non-exempt workers and temps’ schedules, and time sheets.
Reporting to the Production Manager is Production Supervisor, Operator/Line Lead, Production Line Worker, Production Cleaner, Custodian, General Labor Temps.
