The Tru by Hilton Burlington, located off I-40, is across the street from Alamance Regional Medical Center and five miles from Elon University. The Role:
As a Front Desk Agent, you're not just handing out room keys – you're creating memories for our guests. From warm welcomes to efficient check-outs, you’ll be instrumental in making sure every detail of a guest’s stay is perfect.

What You'll Do:
  • Welcome guests with a smile that sets the tone for their stay – friendly, relaxed, and inviting.
  • Assist guests with information about local hotspots, hidden gems, and hotel services.
  • Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Turn challenges into opportunities, resolving guest issues with patience and a can-do attitude.
  • Collaborate with the behind-the-scenes team to ensure guest requests are met.
  • Contribute your valuable insights in team meetings and daily huddles to elevate our service game.

Your Skills and Style:
  • You've got a knack for customer service, honed through past experiences, preferably in hospitality.
  • Your communication is clear, friendly, and professional.
  • Attention to detail is your strong suit; no request slips through the cracks.
