Trowbridge Law Firm has served clients around the Detroit area for 40 years and is looking to hire an experienced attorney. The firm is highly entrepreneurial, specializing in landlord tenant, real estate, business law, estate planning, and transactional law. We are looking for candidates with experience in those areas. The firm operates out of a family office and supports their various entities and new opportunity due diligence. This will allow for exposure to various areas of the law and types of businesses.

The successful candidate will be expected to handle all aspects of landlord tenant matters from initial case analysis and review, drafting pleadings, numerous court appearances, negotiating, professional client communication, and general case management.

The ideal applicant will have 2 years' experience in landlord tenant law and/or knowledge of real estate law. We are looking for somebody who is self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, results driven office.

• Proficiency in Office and Adobe; ability to learn new case management software quickly
• License to practice law in Michigan
• Own book of business preferred, but not required

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
