Full job description:

Tropical Ford is looking for our next Quick Lane Manager. The Quick Lane Manager is a leader in the Service Department within the dealerships. This role drives the performance of the Quick Lane by developing and coaching our teams to deliver an exceptional service experience for our customers.

Manages all aspects of Quick Lane operations: staffing, provision of vehicle services, warranty administration, client retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records.

Serves as a liaison between the Service Manage, Service Advisors, Parts personnel, Technicians and Warranty Administration.

Working with warranty clerk to ensure proper warranty processing and disclosure. Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Must have a verifiable track record of success in selling service work while achieving and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and complete assignments within expected time frames.

Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

Organized and capable of working effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
