TriSource is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for an affordable housing client as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our property management department, ensuring efficient and effective management of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, property leasing, and customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of assigned properties
- Assist with rent collection, processing new application and maintaining a budget
- Assist with property leasing activities, including showing units to potential tenants and processing lease agreements
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED. Bachelors Preferred
-At least 2 years experience in residential property management experience
-Valid drivers license
-Clean background and driving record
Pay Rate: $22-$24/HR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
