We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team at Tripleseat. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate revenue growth for our event management software.

This role will be an in-office role based in our Concord, MA office. We do have flexible work from home options. Remote location may be available.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing

• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-optimized content for the website, blog, and landing pages

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified leads and conversions

• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization

• Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities for growth

• Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a SaaS software company

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other web analytics tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field; MBA is a plus
