Job Description:

This entry level Technical Support/Customer Care Representative is the face of Trinity, you help resolve any customer issues concerning our products and services as well as field support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, product connectivity and similar concerns. Lastly, this role requires the scheduling of service calls, processing orders for replacement parts, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Works under immediate supervision and within a team based environment. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Lastly, this role is very goal oriented and you will work with a team to achieve any given benchmark. The ideal candidate will possess strong personal, communication, and organizational skills along with the willingness to adjust to a fast-paced work environment in a growth-oriented company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Proactivity contacting customers with trouble conditions on their systems

- Answering calls/emails from clients concerning technical support issues

- Scheduling customers for service calls

- Working with several different departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
