Job Overview: We are actively seeking a TS/SCI eligible Technical Intelligence Support Liaison with a background in intelligence collection and analysis with a strong focus on SIGINT, All-Source, or other intelligence discipline to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to understand intelligence end-user missions, communicate effectively with users, and leverage their technical aptitude to identify new customer requirements, to include functional requirements, to the DevSecOps engineering team. This position requires a proactive individual who can translate mission needs into technical capabilities and functionality. This position will engage directly with government, industry, and nation partners position and attend industry events and conferences, brief capabilities to different organizations, and thrive in a role that involves frequent travel, both CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsibilities:

1. Intelligence Background:

• Possess an active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.

• Demonstrate a solid background in intelligence, with a focus on collection, targeting, SIGINT, or All-Source analysis and technical applications.

1. End-User Engagement:

• Strong understanding of intelligence organizations and missions

• Understanding of existing collection and analytical tools

• Engage with end-users to gather requirements and communicate technical limitations or implications of requests.

• Establish rapport with end-users through on-site visits and effective communication.

1. Technical Aptitude:

• Strong technical understanding of intelligence products to effectively communicate end-user needs to engineers and developers.

• Field or convey complex technical and / or engineering concepts to senior leadership.

1. System Briefings:

• Conduct system/capability overviews for different organizations, field offices, and sites.

• Provide demonstrations and support training efforts for developed technical solutions.

1. Advocacy and Representation:

• Serve as the primary advocate for the program at industry events and cross-agency gatherings.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the intelligence community.

1. Travel Expectations:

• Embrace frequent travel, both CONUS and OCONUS, to engage with customers, represent the company, and support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

1. TS/SCI eligibility or active clearance.
2. Background in intelligence, preferably with a focus on SIGINT applications.
3. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
4. Proven experience in end-user engagement and understanding mission requirements.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills for briefing technical information to diverse audiences.
6. Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
7. Familiarity with agile development processes.
8. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions
