Trinity Wiring and Security Solutions is searching for an experienced (with a minimum of 2-3 years of low voltage/commercial experience) full-time Commercial Production Technician. We provide smart home technology to thousands of customers throughout the DC Metropolitan area. We are a security, networking, audio/video and solar company that works directly with new home builders and general contractors to consult and install technology to best fit their needs. These installations take place at customers home or business in DC, Maryland or Virginia.

The ideal candidate should display:

Strong time-management, organizational and prioritization abilities. Displaying excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with customers is important. Also the ability to work independently as well as in collaborative environment is critical. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE SERVICE LICENSE.

Responsibilities include:

--Construction site low voltage wiring.

-- Following assigned daily job and travel schedule to construction sites or businesses and completing all work orders assigned for each day.

-- Analyzing Information, Judgment and Client Relationships as well as reporting back to the main office throughout the work day to provide feedback on job completion.

-- Quality Focus, Results Driven, Supply/Inventory Management, Admin Documents for Assigned Services

Additional Info:

Serves existing and new accounts by analyzing work orders; following assigned daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.

Studying system requirements; Gathering components and parts; completing installation

Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.

Maintaining assigned inventory

Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications..
