Meckley Services, Inc. is Hiring a Commercial Service Technician Near Chesapeake, VA
MECKLEY SERVICES, INC., A COMMERCIAL SERVICE MAINTENANCE COMPANY, IS SEEKING A COMMERCIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
We complete high quality repairs/remodels to our multiple commercial clients via service tickets in the Virginia Beach area. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that are jack of all trades.
Responsibilities:
- The technicians will respond to customer service requests (service calls)
- Service calls to include carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated with customers
- Update information regarding work orders on job cost program on iPad
- Maintain current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance
- Present a professional appearance and attitude
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Qualified candidates should have carpentry, electrical and plumbing experience
- Technicians should be able to use tablets and phones to receive and complete job tickets.
- The perfect candidate must be willing to work overtime, nights and weekends.
- Schedule flexibility is of tremendous importance.
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test, and driver's license check.
