TRILOGY FEDERAL is Hiring a Senior Program Analyst Near Washington, WA

Trilogy Federal, LLC. (Trilogy) is looking for a remote Senior Program Analystwith knowledge and experience in federal project management to supporthigh-priority projects for a large Federal agency.

We are seeking a motivated individual to support large-scale transformation and legislative implementation efforts within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA)with experience collaborating with high level stakeholders and ability to develop action plans and recommendations based on specific feedback. 

Due to federal customer requirements, if the selected candidate lives within a 50-mile radius of the customer office in D.C., the selected candidate will need to work a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days telework.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program planning, audit, and evaluation supporting a healthcare system transformation. 
  • Performing program analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness and legislation implementation 
  • Schedule and prepare for meetings, training, and other events. 
  • Collaborate with a variety of teams, including technical resources, end user groups, and stakeholders to define, analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. 
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and ability to work effectively with internal and external customers on a routine basis. 
  • Facilitating client-based meetings 
  • Capturing/reviewing meeting minutes 
  • Developing/reviewing meeting agendas 
  • Developing/updating integrated master schedules 
  • Identifying, monitoring, and reporting project risks and decisions 
  • Developing/reviewing senior executive briefings 
  • Performing peer reviews of client deliverables/work products 
  • Developing/reviewing standard operating procedures 
  • Developing/reviewing various project management related documents 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience 
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance 
  • Previous VHA or VA experience strongly desired. 
  • Previous Veterans healthcare, outreach, and legislation experience strongly desired 
  • Detailed understanding of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Project) and their features/functions 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills 
  • Experience with creating executive-level documentation and reports 
  • Ability to interface well with end-users and senior client stakeholders 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative virtual environment. 
  • Detail-oriented consulting approach, with client service focus. 
  • Self-starter able to work independently and within a team. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certified. 
  • VA or VHA experience.
  • Experience with or general understanding of VA/VHA legislation and policy environment.

$105,000 - $115,000 a year
This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands. In addition to salary, Trilogy offers robust benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance coverage, 401(k) match, paid holidays, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and a very supportive work/life balance.
