Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will support Barrow Wise's DFC Program in the following areas:

  • Serves as the business systems guru and the single point of coordination for the department
  • Supports the acquisition process from initiation to invoicing
  • Trains staff on processes and how to use business systems
  • Manages deadlines and tracks activities
  • Fosters collaborations between all stakeholders
  • Applies best practices and researches solutions to stakeholders' problems
  • Manages the day-to-day activities associated with policies, private equity funding, and legal matters
  • Possesses demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of methodologies and principles to address customer needs
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction
  • Utilizes Smartsheet, Tableau, and Prism
  • Identifies efficiencies and innovative approaches

An Ideal Candidate has:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in business or a related field
  • Ability to present problem-solving strategies
  • Effective communication skills, customer service skills, and ability to build effective work relationships
  • Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities
  • US Citizen
  • Job Type: Full-time
