Job Description:

Rocky Fork Ranch has an opening for a customer operations coordinator. Our customer operations coordinators are the first person many of our guest meet and set the tone for the rest of their stay. This is a full time, year round position which will include the option to enroll in health insurance, life insurance and our 401k program.

Our customer operations coordinators are responsible for our guests' reservations and registrations and also do point of sale for our small gift shop along with some administrative work. We are looking for the right outgoing person to join our team in this fun and exciting environment.

Duties:

Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person by being enthusiastic, attentive, and helpful.

Follow all guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations and reservations.

Follow specific cash and credit card handling procedures and properly use all office equipment.

Qualifications:

Comfortable and confident with computers and phone operations.

Excellent customer service skills. (prior experience preferred)

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Must have weekend availability.
